I’m sat writing this post in my not so glamorous state (messy bun, dressing gown, face mask, chipped nails.. you get the drift). I was having a browse on the Sephora website to make myself feel a little more glamorous, and you know that feeling were you want to buy makeup but the bank balance says lol no? Well that’s the situation. I thought I’d put all the items I’ve had my eyes on into a wishlist post so I can sob over the beauty items I want but can’t afford… story of my life.
1. Tarte Tartlette Amazonian Clay Palette
Everytime I see tutorials using this palette it just makes me want it even more. The colours are so beautiful and so ‘me’. I really don’t need another eyeshadow palette, but the warm tones in this palette just really stand out to me.
2. Givenchy Teint Couture Blurring Foundation Balm
I’ve read some really great reviews about this foundation, and the fact they call it a “blurring foundation balm” really sold this to me. Now we’re coming into Autumn it’s time I ditch the BB cream and move over to something with a bit more coverage whilst still being lightweight. I need to give this a try!
3. YSL Rouge Pur Couture Kiss & Love Collectors Edition in 70 Le Nu
I absolutely adore YSL lipsticks, they’re by far my favourites. When I saw this limited edition lipstick with lips imprinted on the bullet, my lipstick loving heart went into overload. The shade Le Nu is one I don’t own, and would love to add to my collection. I’ve put it on my Sephora wishlist because these aren’t available in the UK yet, but when they are I will defo be picking this up!
4. Too Faced Love Flush Blush in Love Hangover
How cute are these new Too Faced blushes? I love everything about them from the packaging, the colours and even the super cute print on the blush. Love Hangover is described as a perfect warm pink, basically the perfect Samm colour. I think these are going to become my new addiction.
5. Marc Jacobs The Face 2 Sculpting Foundation Brush
I’ve heard so many good things about this Marc Jacobs brush from other bloggers and YouTubers, so obviously I want to try it for myself! It looks like it will buff foundation into the skin like a dream.
6. Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop
I’m all about that ‘glow to the gods’ look, and if I could then I would shower my face in highlighter everyday. This highlighter was created by the YouTuber Jaclyn Hill, and it’s such a beautiful colour, I’ve never tried anything from Becca before, so this would be a great introduction to the brand.
7. Glamglow Glamtastic Facial Set
I’ve wanted to try Glamglow for a while now, but I’ve never been sure what mask to try as I’d hate to spend that much money on little pot and hate it. This set is a great idea, and gives you the option of trying different masks to find which one works best for your skin.
8. Marc Jacobs #Instamarc Light Filtering Contour Powder in Dream Filter
When I first saw this I just thought how perfect it would look in Instagram flatlays, is that bad? Or just shows how addicted to Instagram I am. I love the size of this, and the colours in Dream Filter look just like my type of contour and highlight shade.
9. Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment in Tulip
Lip products are my favourite beauty item, and I love how easy balms are to wear especially now we’re coming into the colder weather (ugh dry lip season). Although these are rather expensive, I think they look beautiful and I’ve heard lots of great things about them.
10. Kat Von D Shade + Light Palette
Oh look, another contouring product. I just love contouring and trying various different products aimed at making me look less like a potato. This palette is raved about by practically everyone, so I’d love to give it a try, especially to see how it compares to my beloved Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit.
