Beauty Haul // Boots, MAC, Nars, Illamasqua & Anastasia Beverly Hills

It’s been a while since I posted a haul on my blog, I didn’t realise I’d brought enough to post a haul until I looked at my collection of new products to try/photograph! This is a collective haul of bits I’ve brought over the past couple of weeks. I also realised I had £20 on my advantage card, so that came in handy and saved me some money…

Boots:

John Freida Frizz Ease Smooth Start Conditioner-

My mum swears by the John Freida Frizz Ease Range, and told me to try it. I used some of her conditioner and I really liked it so I picked up one for myself. I picked up the massive 500ml version so it should last me a while.

Eau Thermale Avenue Soothing Moisture Mask-

My skin has been such a pain lately! It’s always been more on the oilier side, but as I used a topical treatment to tackle my blemishes, it made my skin a lot drier- as expected. I’ve switched up my skin care routine to tackle my drier skin type, and I really liked the sound of this mask. I think my skins going to drink this stuff up!

Bioré Ultra Deep Cleansing Pore Strips-

These are a must have product for me, when I get blackheads on my nose I stick one of these on and they pull them all out- that sounds so grim. I’m actually wearing one now as I write this post, goodbye pores!

Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Facial Pads-

Boots had 3 for 2 on skincare and these were more of an impulse buy. I’ve heard lots of good things about them so I’m looking forward to giving these a try.

Other beauty bits:

Anastasia Brow Wiz-

I’ve been using the Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade for a while, but it takes time to perfect the brows as it’s very easy to go overboard with the Dipbrow. I ordered the raved about Brow Wiz in Medium Brown- the same colour I use in the Dipbrow Pomade. I’ve been using this daily and I really like it, it gives such a natural look whilst still filling areas of sparse hair I have.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer-

I picked this up a couple of weeks ago when I was in London. I had this in the shade Honey, but since I gave up fake tanning it just didn’t match my skin. This concealer is one of my favourites, I use it in the shade Vanilla.

MAC x Isabel and Ruben Toledo Lipsitck in ‘Oxblood’-

I have a thing for limited edition MAC lipsticks, especially when they come in different packaging. I fell in love with this lipstick, but it was out of stock everywhere, until I found it on the Debenhams website- so of course I had to order it! I also ordered two MAC Eyeshadows in ‘Sketch’ and ‘Haux’ to put in my palette.

Illamasqua Skin Base Lift Concealer in White Light-

I get a 20% discount on the Illamasqua website as I studied makeup and beauty therapy, and as it was my birthday in February I had an additional 15% added onto that… 35% off, how could I say no?! I got this concealer to use to highlight my under eye area after seeing a few bloggers/YouTubers wearing it.

Random/extras:

Wilkinson Floral Tin Pot & Wilkinsons Flowers in Vintage Bottle-

I’ve recently redecorated my bedroom, so I’ve been buying little decor bits. I love the look of flowers, but with them not lasting long, artificial flowers are the way to go. I have a little collection going on as I like to use them in my blog and Instagram photos. These really caught my eye, so I had to pick them up. I also saw the L’Oreal Triple Active Day Moisturiser on offer for £2.50 as I was at the till, so I thought I’d give it a try.

Hope you enjoyed this haul. Have you brought anything beauty related recently?
