What I got for Christmas 2014

Hi everyone, hope you’ve had an amazing Christmas!

Today I wanted to share with you some of the gifts I got. I know some people think these posts are “bragging”, but personally this is one of my favourite posts to read at this time of year- plus I don’t see a point in bragging, I am super grateful for what I got. Okay now I have that off my chest lets begin…

I got a lot of beauty products this year, my family know I run a beauty blog and that I’m addicted to makeup- they often have to suffer my non stop rambling about makeup. Mum got me the MAC Keepsakes Plum Eye bag, the Keepsakes Coral Lip bag and the Heirloom Mix Lipstick in No Faux Pas (a beautiful cool toned hot pink, aka my perfect colour). I also got the Magnitone Lucid, which is an electric face brush that cleanses and exfoliates the skin. I’ve used it twice already, and I have already seen a difference in how my skincare and makeup applies after using this. It’s come into my life just at the right time as my skin has been having a melt down lately. I’ll post a full review after I’ve given it a proper test for a while. Mum also kindly got me the Daisy Dream and Dot perfume from Marc Jacobs, which both I’ve wanted for a while and smell amazing! She also got me the cutest pink unicorn, some tweezers, Hello Kitty tin, socks and food (that got eaten before I could photograph it, oops).

My sister kindly got me the Benefit Sweet Tintations set, which I’d had my eyes on for a while. She also got me the cute crown ring holder and the chocolate notepad. My nan and grandad gave me some money and also got me the beautiful pink necklace and a little notepad.

I did get an iPhone 6, which I brought myself a couple of days before Christmas, so it’s kind of cheating but I thought I’d put it in there- mainly to share my disaster I’ve had with my phones the past couple of weeks. The reason I got a new phone was because I did have an iPhone 5C.. until I accidentally put it in the washing machine and it totally died! Luckily I could upgrade my contract, so I got the iPhone 6 and 3 days later I smashed the screen, but luckily this time I had insurance. So the reason the actual phone isn’t there is because it’s been sent off and I’m having a new one delivered on Monday. I’m so glad I took the insurance out for it!

I think I got through everything there.. I know it’s picture heavy but I wanted to show how amazing everything is. Hope you’ve had a lovely Christmas, I’m off to finish some chocolates!
