Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation Review

Hello everyone, another scheduled post as I’m away in Lanzarote, hope your all ok!

Today’s post is a review on the Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation. I purchased this about 3 months ago when I went to Bluewater with my boyfriend, Harry. I had no intention of buying anything expensive as I was on a budget. So I went to the Benefit stand in House of Fraser to have a look around. One of the sales ladies came over to me and asked me if I wanted to try some of the foundation. I stupidly said yes not realising how much I would love it. She then said that I should try there new blusher so she also put some of that on me. I was sold, I brought the Hello flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation. AND Hervana. *face palms due to shock of over spending*. But it was defiantly worth it. I love both of them. Anyway enough rambling and let’s begin the review..

What Benefit say:

Hello…it’s flawless time! Our new oil-free brightening liquid foundation builds from light to medium coverage for a natural complexion you can believe in. It’s you… just more luminous & healthy.

First off I’ll start by saying about the packaging, I love it! It looks really sleek and modern plus the bottles see through so you can see how much product you have left which is really handy so you know when your running out.

My shade is the lightest ‘Believe In Me’ Ivory as I live in England and we never get no sun and I’m too lazy to keep up a fake tan routine haha.

So, “what’s your opinion on the foundation?” I hear you asking. I can’t even begin to describe how much I love this foundation. It gives me good coverage, not perfect but is good for my oily skin. With the price tag of £24.50 I only use it when I’m going out shopping or to dinner etc, on days in between I wear BB cream which I seem to have every sample possible of lately. I find it even works well on my dry skin as it’s very water based it doesn’t go on cakey like most other foundations. This is my number one now and has replaced my MAC Studio Fix Fluid for a while that I didn’t really try out much so I don’t know what one I will buy when this one runs out.

After using this foundation for a couple of months I can honestly say that I do like it as it doesn’t give that heavy cakey feel some other foundations do but I’m just not sure on the coverage, I have to apply a lot of concealer to hide blemishes and imperfections.

Would I buy it again?

Yeah I think I would for the summer months when I want a light foundation in the heat but in the winter I think I’ll stick to my MAC Studio Fix Fluid.
