Haul :)

I know this is meant to be a haul but I’ll start off with a little update: I finally finished school about 3 weeks ago and after all the stress and pressure of exams I’ve tried to keep the first part of my holidays calm and relaxed. But I’ve actually been a lot busier than I thought. I was non stop doing things everyday for the first week then I became ill. I’ve been feeling dizzy, faint, a lot more fatigued (even though I suffer chronic fatigue), getting pins and needles, pain and weakness in my left arm and feeling and being sick, sorry for that tmi :L anyway I’m still ill and I had to go the Kings College Hospital in London yesterday but they don’t know what it is so I’m being referred to another specialist to find out what’s going on. Thought I’d tell you all know in case you thought I’d given up blogging. Anyway I will begin the haul…

Today I had a meeting and me and my mum arranged to meet up with my boyfriend Harry and his mum Rachel to go for lunch in Ask afterwards. I had Ravioli Marittimo which was delicious! But we did a bit of shopping as well even though I only had intentions on buying some Mac finishing powder and a couple of toiletries for my holiday to Lanzarote which is now only 4 weeks away. But with all these sales and offers that are on everywhere I couldn’t resist the temptation to buy more!

The first place I went was to Mac. I’ve been looking for a new finishing powder for a while now and had decided to give the Mac Prep+Prime Transparent Finishing Pressed Power a go. I was walking over to the till to pay and couldn’t resist the temptation to buy some Fix+ and give that a go as well as I’ve heard lots about it.

Mac:Prep+Prime Tranparent Finishing Powder £18.50, Mac Fix+ £13.50 for 100ml

I then went over to Boots to pick up some basic toiletries for my holiday. I ended getting more than I went in for as I always seem to do. But with these 3 for 2 and £5 No 7 vouchers it made everything a brilliant price. I started off at No 7 and remembered I had some £5 No 7 vouchers in my purse and thought I’d use them before they ran out (15Th July). This is what I got from No 7:

No 7 Beautiful Skin Cleansing Water
No 7 Beautiful Skin Eye Make up Remover
No 7 Shine Free Make Up Base

I then went around the store looking for different toiletries (the boring stuff that you know you need) to buy for my holiday, here’s a picture of everything I got:

Batiste Dry Shampoo in Fruity and Cheeky Cherry
Herbal Essences Ignite My Colour Shampoo 200ml
Herbal Essences Ignite My Colour conditioner 200ml
Radox Bath Smoothies Soul Soother
Vaseline Active Fresh 24h Deodorant
TRESemme  Freeze Hold Salon Finish Hairspray 250ml
Listerine Stay White Mouthwash
Sure Women Maximum Protection Sensitive
Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief Toothpaste
and some cotton wool pads

After buying all this and sitting down to wait to collect my prescription I remembered I had forgot one of the most important things, SUN TAN LOTION :O Luckily the isle was close by so I went over and got these which where both half price:..

Nivea Sun Pure & Sensitive Sun Spray Factor 30
Nivea Sun Pure & Sensitive Sun Spray Factor 50

I then saw the Barry M offer where you get a free nail varnish when you spend £6 to celebrate 30 years of Barry M with this cool retro nail paint inspired by the original packaging from the 80s:

Barry M Nail Paints:
Strawberry Ice Cream 309
Mint Green 304
Berry Ice Cream 308
Coral 212

I’ve also brought a load of clothes from the sales in New Look and River Island but I wont bore you all with more photos of them as lets be real they’re not as exciting as the beauty bits!

Soo, speak to you all in my next post,
