Officially a blondie again!

After spending 4 hours in the hairdressers, who had booked the whole afternoon for me, I’m officially blonde again! I was lucky enough to have short Frankie Sandford style hair so it was a lot easier to be stripped from brown and taken back to blonde. It was done in these steps: btw Victoria is the hairdressers name…

  1. My hair was cut (trimmed and shaved at the back, tidied up around the ear, side fringe trimmed and layers added). Victoria also had to cut out as much hair as possible to remove dead ends to make the new colour take.
  2. My hair was washed and then I went back over to the desk/chair thing I was at and the stripper was added to my hair. It wasn’t put on my roots as these were blonde already because I tried to grow the brown out (I am naturally blonde)
  3. The stripper was washed out and then the colour was added. There was 2 different shades of blonde added, dark on roots and light on the rest to even out all of the colour.
  4. The colour was washed out and drum role please.. I was blonde again!
  5. A few last details to the cut and it was done. hip hip horaay! 🙂

I’m really happy with the outcome and I’m booked in to go again in a few weeks and get foils. It was well worth the £75 and I was surprised it came out blonde as I was warned to expect ginger, not blonde. These are some photos (ignore the cheesiness..and the face) but it shows my hair colour changes over the past 18 months:

Oh naturel
